It's past two, nothing is here
I sit alone, it's dark in here
I sit all alone, quiet and cold
Shrug up my shawl, chilled to the bone
Sitting alone, so dark and cold
Finding solace, in nothing to hold
In a few hours, I'll arise and race
Exam tomorrow, what I can't face
Too scared to sleep, desperate to stop time
But time is not Santa, and soon I'll rise
Now it's past three, and I'm still cold
It's still dark, and I'm still alone
My warm cup of tea, made for my peace
Is empty and cold, with nothing to lease
So I sit alone, quiet and cold
Thirsty and dark, tired and dull.
